Hi, I’m Anastasiia.
Your partner in
little discoveries.
I’m an English tutor for children aged 3+ and the person behind Learning Playly. Based in Edmonton, Canada, I work online with children and families.
My aim is simple: to help children feel comfortable with English and curious about what they can do with it. I also share ideas for teachers who bring English into young learners’ lives.
I’m also mum to nine-year-old Amelia, and I actively involve her in creating my learning materials. Creating together brings a child’s perspective into the ideas I share with other families and teachers.

Finding the confidence to speak
Looking back at the progress over the past month and a half, Vladyslav spoke about himself really well today. The language barrier is definitely easing.
English beyond the lesson
I can see progress in his English. When we walk down the street, he says single-digit house numbers in English. He also asks to wear “shorts” today.
Learning brought to life
You can see that Anastasiia gives the process her full attention and is completely engaged with the child. She brings every topic they study to life — like an actor, like an entertainer.
